A double video that merges two events in different locations. First part: a group of soldiers or militiamen (some of them wearing white sneakers) kick a kneeling unarmend man with their feet. Second part. Soldiers or militiamen abuse and mistreat bound men that are lying in the ground, possibly the roof of a building. Time and location not yet identified.
